PRIVACY POLICY
Effective Date: September 25, 2026
MTM Cyber Solutions, LLC (“MTM Cyber Solutions,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides cybersecurity consulting, compliance advisory, and related professional services. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through www.mtmcyber.com (the “Site”), how we use and protect it, and the choices available to you. It does not apply to information shared with us under a separate signed client agreement, statement of work, or non-disclosure agreement, which is governed by the confidentiality terms of that agreement.
INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Information you provide directly. When you submit a contact form, request a consultation, or sign up for our email list, we collect the information you enter, which may include your name, email address, phone number, company name, and the contents of your message.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our Site uses standard analytics and security tools that may collect your IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and referring website, generally through cookies or similar technologies.
Information from third-party services. Our contact and scheduling forms are protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which analyzes visitor interactions to help prevent spam and abuse. Google’s use of this information is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use the information we collect to respond to inquiries and provide requested services; schedule and prepare for consultation calls; send security advisories or company updates, but only if you have opted in; maintain the security, integrity, and performance of our Site; and comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
CONFIDENTIALITY OF CLIENT AND PROSPECTIVE CLIENT INFORMATION
As a cybersecurity consultancy, we understand that information shared with us during a security assessment, compliance engagement, or general inquiry is often sensitive. Any information disclosed to us in connection with a prospective or active engagement, including details about your systems, controls, vulnerabilities, or security posture, is treated as confidential business information. We do not disclose this information to any third party without your consent, except as required to deliver the agreed services, such as to a subcontractor bound by confidentiality obligations, or as required by law. Formal client engagements are further governed by the confidentiality and data-handling terms in our signed service agreement, which take precedence over this Policy.
HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION
We may share information with service providers who help us operate the Site and our business, such as our website host, Squarespace, Inc.; our email and productivity provider, Google Workspace; and our form-security provider, Google reCAPTCHA, each of which processes data under its own privacy policy and only on our behalf. We may also share information with professional advisors such as legal or accounting when necessary, and with law enforcement or regulators only when required by law or to protect our legal rights. We do not share your information with third parties for their independent marketing purposes.
DATA RETENTION
We retain contact-form and inquiry information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request and maintain our business records, and we delete or anonymize it when it is no longer needed for that purpose, unless a longer retention period is required by law or by an active client agreement. You may ask us to delete your information at any time; see Your Choices and Rights below.
COOKIES AND ANALYTICS
Our Site may use cookies and similar technologies to support basic functionality and to understand how visitors use the Site. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling cookies may affect some Site features.
DATA SECURITY
We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information submitted through our Site, consistent with the security practices we advise our own clients to follow. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
YOUR CHOICES AND RIGHTS
You may opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us directly; request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you; and ask us how your information has been used or shared.
Texas residents have additional rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, including the right to know, correct, delete, and obtain a portable copy of their personal data, and the right to opt out of the sale of sensitive personal data. We do not sell sensitive personal data. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the information below; we will respond within the time required by applicable law.
CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
Our Site and services are directed to businesses and professionals, not children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. The Effective Date above indicates when this Policy was last revised. Material changes will be posted on this page.
